Flow Chart for identifying pain points and defining the problem statement
In this flow chart series, I have attempted a process to identify pain points and define the problem statement steps as a simple flow chart.
We all know a problem statement is the most important thing about a startup idea. This is what intrigues people and focal point for everything we build.
Albert Einstein quotes “If I were given one hour to save the planet, I would spend 59 minutes defining the problem and one minute resolving it”
By identifying and defining problems properly, we make things much easier. This is the area where many miss focusing. Founders get so excited about their solution they forget to explain why it is so important.
In the end, it might be a minor inconvenience rather than a pain point, factors like how frequent or is it aligned to the user’s goals are overlooked.
Similar to other flow chart series, I have attempted a process that might help to structure identifying a problem and validating it to see if we have to build a solution for it.
Happy to discuss further to improve upon.
